Forest Edge is located at Lat: -33°5545.8S, Dec: -33.9294027642531; Lon: 22°5618.9E, Dec: 22.9385948181152. It is a 20-minute scenic drive from Knysna, taking you into the mountains and forest. The location is close enough to amenities, yet far enough to avoid crowds, traffic, and congestion.
To reach Forest Edge from the N2 between Sedgefield and Knysna, follow these directions: Drive about 1.5km west of the Knysna lagoon bridge and turn north onto the Rheenendal road. After 11.5km, you will pass the Rheenendal Petrol Station. Just past it, there will be a Bibbys Hoek sign. Turn right at this sign and continue on the dirt road for 2.2km. At the intersection, turn left and continue for 1.5km. Forest Edge will be the last property on this road, offering tranquility at its best. The dirt roads are easily passable, even for small cars.
