Description for Gite

Welcome to our charming holiday cottage, "Les mésanges"! This delightful maisonette cottage (45 sqm) was once a barn, but has now been transformed into a bright and open living space.

Inside, you will find a comfortable double bed (140x200cm) on the gallery, as well as a sofa bed (150x190 cm) in the living area. The cottage also features a round dining table with four chairs and plenty of storage space for your convenience.

The ground floor is home to a bathroom with a shower, as well as a small kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and electric stove. In addition, the cottage is furnished with a radio, vacuum cleaner, WiFi, and cleaning utilities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Outside, you will find parking facilities and a lovely garden (4000 sqm) with outdoor furniture, a grill, and a refreshing swimming pool (9 x 4m) for your enjoyment. We also provide sunshades and deckchairs, as well as a playground and a selection of books in different languages.

2 nuits passées dans cette agréable chambre d'hôte . Hôtesse très sympathique, chambre "merle" spacieuse.petit déjeuner copieux .le tout dans un environnement au calme.

Nous avons séjournés 5 nuits début août 2015 dans un gite trés confortable très propre, notre hôtesse était discrète et très attentionnée, lenvironnement très agréable, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine du barbecue . Un très très bon souvenir, nous recommandons cet endroit et nous reviendrons.

Nous avons passé une nuit en famille dans la grande chambre et profité de la fraîcheur de la piscine.
Petit déjeuner parfait et excellent.
Accueil absolument irréprochable.
Nous reviendrons sans faute surtout que notre fils va nous en reparlé constamment...

Dominique sait recevoir ses hôtes avec beaucoup d attention et de générosité. La louchetière est un site agréable et très calme. Les petits déjeuner copieux et les confitures maison excellentes. Merci à Dominique pour ses conseils avisés sur les endroits à visités. Un lieu plein de charme à recommander.

Le Breil sur Merize is a small village in the northeast of Sarthe, located between two main directions: D357 leading to Le Mans and Orléans, and D323 leading to Le Mans and Paris. If you are coming from the motorway A 28, you can access it from Connerré, which is 8 km away. Once you have reached Le Breil sur Merize, you will find La Louchetière on the D266 route de Bouloire.
