Appréciations pour Le Moulin De Chazotte, Cherves Richemont:

Superb gite
Review by: Lise and Alain Savoie, Oct 26 2010 10:15PM
We stayed 2 nights in this gite in early October. This is a beautifully restored mill in the countryside surrounded by vineyards, hence very quiet. The twin room was quaint, clean and comfortable, along with a large private bath. Breakfast was ample and we had access to a TV lounge and a outdoor pool. Close to Cognac. Highly recommended.

The mill is positioned on the river Chazotte, which was historically used to power the mill. The property spans 12 acres of diverse landscapes, including woodland, fields, and gardens, providing a tranquil and secluded atmosphere. The only inhabitants you'll encounter are fellow guests and local wildlife, such as occasional deer, wild boar, and various birds of prey soaring above the blue skies.

There, you can find local amenities such as bakeries, butchers, and restaurants. A little further, approximately 7 km or a 10-minute drive, lies the historic town of Cognac.
