Gite Mont Joly is conveniently located just off the main road into Saint-Gervais-les-Bains, offering a sunny and picturesque setting. Our charming gite is only 800m away from the village center, making it a perfect choice for short breaks or longer vacations. With breathtaking mountain views on three sides and a serene woodland surrounding, our property can accommodate up to 15 guests. We offer cozy rooms for 2, 4, or 6-7 guests.For a small fee, we provide optional breakfast for 7€ per person (children under 5 eat for free) and packed lunches for 7€. Our spacious dining room and comfortable snug are excellent spaces for mingling and sharing stories with fellow holidaymakers. The sunny patio is also a delightful spot to relax and unwind. Our communal kitchen is well-equipped, complete with complementary kitchen essentials such as herbs, spices, oil, cling film, and even raclette equipment. Additionally, we offer barbecues on the patio.
Guests can request to use the washing machine and dryer, and we also have a ski locker (bike locker in the summer) in the basement. Ample private parking is available outside. We are happy to provide baby essentials like a cot, high chair, play mat, and musical chair upon request. We also have children's toys available.
Saint Gervais is a charming French town with a warm and authentic atmosphere. It offers numerous attractions, including the famous Tramway du Mont Blanc, which departs from the village and takes you up to an altitude of 2380m. The hot springs at nearby Le Fayet, known as Les Thermes, are just a 15-minute walk through the woods from our gite. The Evasion Mont Blanc ski area, the fourth largest in France, is only 1.5km away. The village also features a brand new swimming pool, an ice rink during winter, and countless beautiful walks starting from the village and the nearby nature reserve in Les Contamines.
Description for Gite
You have the opportunity to rent the entire gite, which can accommodate 15 guests during the summer and 22 during the winter. This option is available all year round, excluding the busy winter holidays such as Christmas, New Year, and the February/March school holidays, where the changeover day is specifically on Saturdays. However, during other periods, you can rent our gite for less than 7 days if desired. Similar to our Chambres dhotes, the price includes all bedding.Reviews

Directions
If you are traveling by car or motorbike from Geneva, take the Autoroute Blanche until you reach Saint-Gervais-le Fayet. From there, follow the signs to Saint-Gervais-les-Bains. Just before you reach the village, you will pass by a restaurant called Le Four on a hairpin bend. Our building is located right after Le Four.
If you are coming from Megève by car or motorbike, drive through Saint Gervais and go under the Tramway du Mont Blanc bridge. Our location is just 200m further along on the right side.
For those traveling by train, the closest station is Le Fayet. If you need transportation from the station, please let us know in advance and we can arrange to pick up small groups.
If you are arriving by air, the nearest airport is Geneva. We suggest renting a car, but if that is not an option, there are several companies in the region that provide transfer services which can be arranged.
