Description for Gite

The studio is situated near 50 ski slopes in St Gervais. It is conveniently located on the ground floor of a chalet, with easy access to the slopes or the pool. The terrace offers stunning views of Mont Blanc and St Gervais.

As you enter the studio, you will find a spacious hallway with a cupboard, clothes hangers, iron, ironing board, and cleaning accessories. The hallway leads to a cabin with two bunk beds and two drawers, equipped with quilts, throws, fireside, and bedside lamps. Adjacent to the cabin is a closed bathroom with a bath, washbasin, hairdryer, bathroom and drying carpets, and a toilet.

Continuing on, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishes, microwave, oven, grill, fridge, coffee machine, raclette and fondue pot, and all the necessary appliances for cooking. In the small hallway, there are two solid oak folding beds, allowing for ample space at night.

The kitchen area also serves as a living room, with a TV, DVD player, and DIVX player placed on a loose countertop. The living room features a sofa bed for two people and a dining area with a large oak table, three chairs, and an oak bench. This area opens up to a spacious terrace with a table and chairs.

The studio is east-facing, measuring 30 square meters with a 5 square meter terrace. For convenience, there is a locked and private room next to the studio for storing skis, ski lockers, sleds, and garden furniture. We recommend our tenants to store any bulky items in this room.

Please note that sheets, pillowcases, and towels are not provided, so please bring your own personal essentials.
