The cottage underwent renovations in 2006 and offers a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen (including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle), and a dining area. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with twin beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Additionally, there is a washing machine for guests' convenience, and electric heating throughout the cottage.

Outside, guests can enjoy a terrace with stunning panoramic views of the Pyrenees, a garden, a solarium, and a designated parking space. The cottage boasts a total area of 90 m2, with additional outdoor space available.

There are numerous activities to engage in within close proximity of the cottage. Guests can partake in hiking, with the GR86 passing right by the house. Horseback riding, fishing, and exploring the countryside on horse or donkey are also popular options. Just 2km away, there is a swimming pool, tennis courts, a lake with pedal boats, fishing spots, a climbing area, a castle, a museum, an exhibition hall, and a vibrant market.

Within a 6km radius, guests can enjoy further outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, and dog sledding. Mountain biking, paragliding, and an exhilarating tree-top golf experience are also available. Within a 20km radius, guests can indulge in thermal baths, visit a casino, go to the cinema, enjoy skiing, explore museums, take tours, visit caves, learn about ancient history at an Abbey, or discover Gallo-Roman ruins.

The cottage comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. The price includes a package of 56 kilowatts, and any additional usage will be charged at a rate of 0.13 KW. Additionally, a complimentary package of wood for the fireplace is provided.
