The Villa is located in a peaceful area between the center of Sanary and Bandol. It offers a soothing view of the bay in both villages.Each room is uniquely decorated with its own color scheme. The ARUM room features soft shades of beige and a cool atmosphere. It includes spacious closets and a separate bathroom. The bed size is 160. Sheets, towels, and a well-designed bathroom are provided. However, pool towels or beach towels are not included.
The OLEA room is designed in shades of gray and offers a sea view. It is connected to the MIMOSA room and shares a bathroom with it. The toilet is separate. The bed size is 160. Sheets and towels matching the room's color scheme are provided, but pool towels or beach towels are not included.
The MIMOSA room has warm tones and a solarium with a lounge area and sea views. It can be combined with the Semi OLEA room to create a master suite. Both rooms share a bathroom. There are pullout beds available in the size of 90. Sheets and towels matching the room's color scheme are provided, but pool towels or beach towels are not included.
Please note that no additional beds can be added to any of the rooms.
Breakfast is served in the typical French style on the terrace overlooking the pool and the sea, weather permitting. The breakfast is available from 8:30 am to 10 am. If you need to leave earlier, please inform us in advance.
The pool is open to all guests who respect the peace and tranquility of the surroundings. Parents are solely responsible for their children's safety. Please refrain from getting wet inside the house.
A bowling alley is available for guests' enjoyment.
Smoking is not allowed in the Villa, and pets are not permitted.
Check-in time is between 5 pm and 7 pm. Check-out time is before 11 am.

Directions
If you are coming from Marseille, you should take the A50 motorway and exit at Sanary / Bandol. Once you reach the roundabout, follow the signs for Beausset. Continue straight at the next roundabout and go under the motorway bridge. Keep driving until you reach a small roundabout, where you should go straight for about 2 kilometers. After passing the next roundabout, follow the path of Morvenède and take a right turn at a sharp angle onto the D path called Genets dOr. Then, take the first right onto Les Jardins du Roy. The destination, which is the 4th house on the right, will be ahead.
If you are coming from Toulon or Marseille, simply take the motorway and exit at Sanary / Bandol. Then, follow the same directions starting from the motorway exit.
