On sunny days, the spacious and inviting lawned garden, complete with garden furniture, provides the perfect setting for enjoying a refreshing drink or al fresco meal.Outside, the property offers private parking for up to 4 cars, with a beautiful flowered entrance featuring a paved stones area. The entrance also boasts an impressive 80 square meter rose marble terrace, complete with a pergola. Here, you can relax and take in the picturesque surroundings. Additionally, garden furniture and a barbecue are provided, allowing for outdoor entertaining. Families with children will appreciate the swing set and sandbox, ensuring little ones are entertained.
Inside the gite, the ground floor features a separate room equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, drying machine, and cleaning supplies. A separate WC with storage space and cleaning products is also available. The main bathroom is well-appointed with a bath, WC, storage cupboard, mirror, and wash hand basin. The solid oak timber kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas cooker, cooker hood/extractor, 1.5 bowl sink, small and large electric ovens, microwave oven, and fridge/freezer. The living room exudes a cozy ambiance, thanks to the traditional wood fireplace, and offers a dining area, comfortable angle sofa, TV, pay phone, books, and games. With direct access to the garden, you can enjoy superb views of the open countryside.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a double bed and a closet for storage. Bedroom 2 is ideal for larger groups, with four single beds and a closet. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed, a closet, a color TV, and even a baby bed. This room also benefits from a private balcony. The second bathroom boasts a separate shower, wash hand basin, and mirror.
To keep you warm during chilly months, the cottage is equipped with electric panel heaters throughout. Warm water is provided by a separate electrical unit, and a VIVA service phone is available for any additional needs.
