We have a lovely house located in the charming town of Saint Germain sur Morin. It is conveniently situated just 6 minutes away from Disneyland, 5 minutes from Val dEurope/Valley, and only 30 minutes from the bustling city of Paris. You will find shops nearby for your convenience.We are offering a separate bedroom on the ground floor of our house. This bedroom comes with its own private terrace access and a bathroom/toilet suite. The house is surrounded by a spacious 3000 m2 garden, creating a peaceful and serene environment. Private parking is available for your convenience.
The interior of the house is well-maintained and tidy, and we kindly request that it remains a non-smoking environment. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, suitable for accommodating 2 adults. Additionally, we can provide an extra bed for a baby or another little one.
Children will be delighted to find various entertainment options in our garden, including a swing, slide, and a selection of toys for all ages. We also have a baby bouncer available.
If you choose to stay with us, we also offer a quality dining experience at a very attractive price. You can enjoy our delicious home-cooked meals at our dining table.
In the vicinity, you will find sports complexes, a golf driving range, a medieval town, a grand cathedral, a spa, and a swimming pool. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained during your stay.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit chez une hôte très accueillante.
Quartier calme, chambre, salle de bain privative très propre et confortable. Diner (sous la véranda, donnant sur un joli jardin) avec d'excellents produits frais.
