Our dishes, infused with thyme, rosemary, and local oils and wines from Minervois and Corbières, will tantalize your taste buds with the scents of the Mediterranean scrubland.
Béatrice, our passionate host, has always delighted her friends with her latest discoveries and new recipes. It was only natural for her to share her culinary talents and her love for gastronomy in a simple and welcoming manner. By transforming local produce into mouthwatering dishes, she creates plates that are sure to entice you to dig in.
Don't forget to reserve your dinner when you book your room. The meal, served at 7:30 pm, begins with a complimentary aperitif. Please note that our dining service concludes at 10 pm.
