Directions
You can easily find our travel directions on our website, fermedelavieuville.fr. Simply click on the "contact" tab on the menu bar at the top of each page. There, you will find our GPS coordinates and a location map for "Google Maps."
1. If you are coming from Caen (N176), take the Dol de Bretagne/Cancale exit by the coast (D 155). Follow the road along the bay with Mont St Michel in view. Then, turn right towards Cancale (D 76). Once you arrive in Cancale, you will see four flagpoles. Turn left onto "Route du Tram" (you will see a billboard for the restaurant "Le Querrien" and "Pools of Cancale"). Continue on this road until the end, without leaving it. Then, turn left and take the first left again to find us. Please avoid two small dead-end roads that you will find at the beginning of the road to the left, as they will lead you to a hiking path not accessible by car.
1a. If you are coming from Rennes (D 137), take the Châteauneuf d'Ille et Villaine exit from the four-way road and continue straight to Cancale (D 76). Once you arrive in Cancale, follow the instructions mentioned above. Please note that Vieuville is a place that GPS devices do not always recognize. You can enter "Route du Tram" instead.
2. If you are arriving from St Malo via the coast (RD 201), continue towards Cancale and Rennes (D 76) after reaching the tip of Grouin. At the intersection with traffic lights, continue straight towards Rennes. Pass a small roundabout and continue straight. After 300m, take the small road to the right (called "Lieu-dit the city are gray") and immediately turn right onto "Street of the city are gray." Keep following this road for about 1km until you see a green strip indicating a left turn opposite "The Langotière" farm. Please note that Vieuville is a place that GPS devices do not always recognize. You can enter "Street of the city are gray" instead.
3. If you are arriving from St Malo via the coast and St Coulomb (D 355), after the church in St Coulomb, take a left at the small roundabout towards Cancale (RD 355). At the roundabout, continue straight towards Super G. At the intersection with traffic lights, turn right towards Rennes (D 76). Pass a small roundabout and continue straight. After 300m, take the small road to the right (called "Lieu-dit the city are gray") and immediately turn right onto "Street of the city are gray." Keep following this road for about 1km until you see a green strip indicating a left turn opposite "The Langotière" farm. Please note that Vieuville is a place that GPS devices do not always recognize. You can enter "Street of the city are gray" instead.
4. If you are arriving from St Malo St Méloir waves (D 155), continue straight at the intersection of Red Doors and cross the bridge. Then, take a left towards Cancale (D 76). Once you arrive in Cancale, you will see four flagpoles. Turn left onto "Route du Tram" (you will see a billboard for the restaurant "Le Querrien" and "Pools of Cancale"). Continue on this road until the end, without leaving it. Then, turn left and take the first left again to find us. Please note that on this road, Vieuville is a locality that some GPS devices indicate by the old road, which is now closed. Make sure to turn left after the bridge.
