With the approval of 3 keys from the prefecture and being refurbished in 2008, this duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a picturesque cottage near the sea. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the beautiful bay of Arguenon. The apartment boasts two spacious terraces, one measuring 12m2 and the other 20m2, allowing you to relish in the stunning surroundings.Inside, the apartment is tastefully furnished and offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, oven, electric ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, and everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, especially fish dishes. The spacious living room, measuring 30m2, offers two comfortable leather sofas, a booster seat, and a multimedia package with a mini TV and small TNT channels. Additionally, there is a north terrace accessible from the kitchen, offering a full view of the surrounding area, and a south terrace accessible from the living room, furnished with a teak lounge for up to 6 people.
On the upper floor, you will find two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The south bedroom is adorned with art deco elements and features a large 1.60m bed with a cozy quilt, a spacious wardrobe, and two bedside tables. The room offers a south-facing view overlooking the beach and the stunning southern landscape. The north bedroom is equipped with a large 1.60m bed, a single 0.90m bed, and three bedside tables. There is also a small cabinet for storage. From the window of the room, you can enjoy a panoramic sea view, and there is a terrace overlooking the north.
