The Duff family warmly welcomes you to share their home.Choose from three guest bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bath or shower room. Enjoy the beautiful garden, complete with a secure swimming pool, and feel free to light up the barbecue for some delicious grillades. Indulge in delightful breakfasts served in either the courtyard or the elegant salon de chasse. Your vehicles will be safely parked in our private parking area.
For those who prefer self-catering, we also offer a village house suitable for 4-6 people, conveniently located opposite our property.
Cuxac d Aude is an excellent base for exploring the area, being only 10km from Narbonne and a short 25-minute drive to the Mediterranean beaches. Village HouseImmerse yourself in the Mediterranean charm of this renovated village house located in a peaceful area on the outskirts of Cuxac. With a capacity to accommodate up to 6 people, this property offers comfortable living spaces.
The house features 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, as well as a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The ground floor includes the double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find a spacious dining room and sitting area with a cozy fireplace (wood provided), as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Double doors open onto a terrace where you can enjoy a barbecue and outdoor furniture.
For those looking to extend their stay and explore the region, this gite is perfectly situated. The beautiful coastline and beaches are just a 20-30 minute drive away, offering endless opportunities for outdoor activities such as cycling and walking. The famous Canal du Midi is also nearby. History and culture enthusiasts will be delighted by the abundance of sites to visit, including the Cathar castles and the fortified city of Carcassonne, all within an hour's drive. If you're in the mood for a winter getaway, the ski slopes in the Pyrenees are just over 2 hours away by car.

To get to our location, you will need to follow these travel directions:
1. Exit the autoroute du Sud A9 at junction 38.
2. Take the ring road N9 towards Carcassonne and Beziers.
3. Follow the signs to Cuxac d'Aude.
4. At the 4th roundabout, take the last exit onto D13 towards Cuxac d'Aude.
5. Once you reach the village, you will see a boulangerie on your right.
6. Opposite the boulangerie, take the turn towards Salleles.
7. At the Hotel de Ville, take a left turn.
8. After 200m, you will see our signpost directing you to turn left onto rue du Bac.
9. Look for another sign that says "Maison Pelissier."
10. There is parking available in the cave opposite the Maison Pelissier.
