Additionally, the picturesque Isle of Skye is just over an hour's drive away. Nature enthusiasts will find numerous Munros nearby, perfect for energetic guests seeking outdoor adventures. The region also boasts distilleries, castles, and museums for cultural exploration. In the evenings, you can enjoy a delightful meal prepared by Ray, a seasoned chef with 35 years of experience, in the comfort of Birch Cottage. If you are traveling from Inverness towards Ullapool on the A835 road, Birch Cottage can be found as the second house on the right. However, if you are approaching from Gairloch or Ullapool, it is just a minute away after crossing the railway line, and it will be located on the left side.
