This quiet flat is situated in front of the sea and offers a serene atmosphere. With a distance of only 20m to the sandy beach, it provides easy access to the beautiful shoreline. The flat is bright and spacious, with a total area of 64m2 and a terrace of 9m2. Enjoy stunning views of the sea from the terrace, as well as from the living room and kitchen. Two underground garages are available, along with an alarm system for added security.

The flat consists of two bedrooms. The first bedroom features an electrical double bed and a TV, while the second bedroom has twin beds (one of which is electrical) and a baby bed. Additional amenities include a Freebox, telephone, internet, computer, CD player, TV, DVD player, and wide cupboards for storage.

The kitchen is separate and is equipped with a dishwasher, drying washing machine, freezer, oven, microwave, and iron. The bathroom offers an Italian shower, toilet, and washbasin, with a second separated toilet available as well. If needed, baby accessories can be provided upon request.

The flat is available for rent during specific periods. From July 13th to July 27th, the weekly rate is €900. From August 3rd to August 10th, the weekly rate is €1000. From October 5th to October 19th, the weekly rate is €450. Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of €30 to €40.

Directions

To travel from Marseilles to Toulon, you need to take the motorway. Once you reach La Ciotat, exit the motorway. Look for the sign that says "centre ville" and then follow the sign that says "plage" (beach). In the middle of the beach, you will find a small, white, and new flat that resembles a boat.
