This property is conveniently located in a peaceful area near the beach and town centre. We offer free night deals, where you can stay for 7 consecutive nights but only pay for 6. This offer is available all year round and for all our rooms. Additionally, we provide free off-street parking, which is particularly important in Weymouth. You can also enjoy free Wi-Fi broadband internet access in all our rooms. Our family rooms are fantastic value and can accommodate up to 5 people. Children aged 4 and under stay for free, while those aged 5 to 15 stay at half price. We have 5 en suite single, double, and family rooms, as well as 1 room with a private bathroom. Our location is perfect for holiday makers, walkers, sailors, divers, and bird enthusiasts. From the north: Take the A354 from Dorchester and follow the signs to Weymouth. At the first roundabout, continue straight across and proceed along Dorchester Road. After passing the shops on Lodmoor Hill (including Tesco Express and Royal Oak pub), take the second right into Carlton Road North, which leads to Carlton Road South. Harlequin House will be on the right side.
From the east: Enter Weymouth via Osmington and Preston and follow the signs for the Sea Life Centre, keeping the sea on your left side. Continue past the Sea Life Centre until you reach a hill with Greenhill Gardens on your left. Immediately after passing the tall spire of St. Johns Church, turn right onto the road signed for Dorchester, where there is a statue of Queen Victoria in the center. After 50 yards, turn left at the first junction on the zebra crossing. Harlequin House is the only guest house on the left side, located past the Park Hotel pub and four houses after the crossroads with Kirtleton Avenue.
From Town and the west: Keep the sea on your right side and turn away from the seafront, with St. Johns Church on your right. After 50 yards, turn left onto Carlton Rd. South at the zebra crossing. We are the only guest house on the left side.
