Surrounded by rolling hills and with easy access to the enchanting cities of Pisa and Lucca, our villa provides everything Italy enthusiasts could desire. Take in the awe-inspiring views of vineyards and medieval monasteries, indulge in delectable local cuisine at nearby restaurants, and enjoy the proximity to the sea. Our villa serves as the perfect base for exploring the Tuscan countryside, whether by foot, horseback, or bicycle (available for rent). Upon request, we are delighted to arrange bike excursions. Discover ancient churches, Renaissance villas, and traditional Tuscan farmhouses, where you can savor the flavors of local wines, freshly pressed olive oil, and other delectable regional delicacies.

Experience the ultimate comfort and relaxation at our charming gite. With three spacious bedrooms featuring en suite bathrooms and TVs, as well as the cozy and stylish Apartment Lolita in the loft, we can accommodate up to six guests. The apartment includes a double room, two sofa beds and/or children's beds, a large lounge with a fully equipped kitchen, a SAT-TV on a big-screen with DVD and VHS player, and a delightful fireplace.

Indulge in a delightful breakfast or snacks amidst the serene beauty of our cool and fragrant garden, surrounded by enchanting trees and roses. Our friendly staff will be delighted to serve you a variety of local specialties, including a wide selection of cheeses and salamis, home-grown fruits and vegetables, as well as mouthwatering tarts, pies, and homemade bread.

To enhance your stay, our villa boasts a spacious terrace offering magnificent views, and a generous garden with a refreshing swimming pool. You can relax on comfortable deck-chairs, enjoy the shade of sunshades, and even make use of the provided barbecue facilities.

Adding to the unique charm of our location, we have two adorable donkeys named "Margherita" and "Ljuba" who are always ready to make your stay even more memorable. We also organize exciting excursions for children, ensuring that everyone has a truly unforgettable experience.
