Directions

Directions: The location is 22 km from La Rochelle and 12 km from Rochefort sur mer. It takes approximately 3 hours to reach it from Paris by TGV, and you can also take a bus or rent a car. Bordeaux and Poitiers are about 1 hour and 30 minutes away by motorway, with an exit at Rochefort. La Rochelle Airport is also an option, where you can take a bus or rent a car.

To access the destination, take the RN 137, which is a free, 2x2 road between La Rochelle and Rochefort. Take the exit labeled "Ile d'Aix - Fouras" and continue towards the town center. Regardless of whether you're coming from the south or the north, you will always arrive at the destination. Once in the town center, locate the church and the square with the kiosk. From there, take the boulevard that runs along Allard towards the seafront. The Koantic house, which is a white stone building with blue shutters, is located halfway between the church (50 meters away) and the seafront (80 meters away).
