This charming stone cottage, formerly a herdsmans cottage, has recently undergone a renovation and has been tastefully decorated with original beams. It can comfortably accommodate 4 to 5 guests with its 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room.The upper floor features a double room, a twin room with an additional pull-out bed, and a shower room with a WC. On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a separate WC.
Outside, there is a private garden with a refreshing 5.5m x 5.5m pool, which is 1.5m deep. Pool equipment is provided, including a barbecue for outdoor cooking.
The cottage is well-equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, DVD player, CD player, cot, and high chair. Household linen such as bedlinen, towels, and tea towels are provided, with one pair per bed upon arrival, regardless of the duration of your stay.
Local amenities such as shops, supermarkets, post offices, cafes, and restaurants can be found in Pont-Aven or Nevez, just 2.5km away. For those interested in outdoor activities, there are riding stables and tennis courts within 4km, as well as a golf course 25km away. The nearest beaches are only 6km away, while popular towns like Concarneau and Quimper are 14km and 35km away, respectively. Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay in this delightful cottage.

To get to RUSTIN, follow these travel directions:
1. Take the exit labeled "Kerampaou" from the Lorient/Quimper expressway (N165-E60).
2. Continue on the road towards "Pont Aven" after leaving the expressway.
3. Once you reach the town center, cross the bridge and continue straight ahead. You will notice the Post Office on your left.
4. At the top of the hill, make a left turn towards "Le Henan, Kerdruc".
5. At the next crossroads, where you'll find a typical Breton calvary in the center (Kerrun), turn right in the direction of "Nevez".
6. After approximately 800m, you will see a left turn onto a private road leading to RUSTIN.
