This description is for a detached house with two bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom has a double bed (140) and can accommodate two people. The second bedroom has two bunk beds (0.90) and is suitable for multiple guests. A baby cot is available upon request. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and washbasin, as well as a separate toilet. Breakfast is optional.Guests can enjoy their stay with complete autonomy or choose to have assistance if needed. The house is located in a peaceful area, only 30 meters away from the sea. There is parking available in the yard for one car. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The house is well-connected to the urban transport network, offering easy access to Caen and other coastal resorts.
There are various leisure activities in the surrounding area, such as cycling, walking, fishing, swimming, sailing, tennis, and going to the cinema. Within a 10-kilometer radius, guests can also find an equestrian center, two Thalassotherapy centers, two casinos, a fishing port, and a ferry terminal with connections to Portsmouth.
