This house has been beautifully restored and features a spacious lounge/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The large living room boasts a cozy fireplace, comfortable sofa and chair, TV, and stylish furniture. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a laundry room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and WC. The bedrooms consist of one room with a 140-sized bed, another bedroom with two twin beds (90-sized), a room with a single bed (90-sized), and another room with a single bed (90-sized). A cot is also available.
Outside, you can enjoy a lovely garden along with a parasol, sunbeds, and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

Directions
To get to the "gîte de Navarre" from Caen, follow these revised travel directions: Head east on the D613 (Route de Paris) for approximately 14km. Once you reach Vimont, make a right onto the D47 (Route de St Pierre sur Dives). At the roundabout, take the D80 on the right and continue for 2 km. Then, turn left onto the D232, which leads up to the chapel of Beneauville. After 800m, you will find the "gîte de Navarre" on your left.
