Situated in a peaceful residential area, the surroundings are quiet and surrounded by lush greenery.The gite, located on the garden level, offers an independent entrance for privacy and convenience. It also features a BBQ, garden table, and chairs for outdoor enjoyment. The property is conveniently situated just 300 m away from shops and 600 m from the town center, making it easy to access amenities. Additionally, the gite is only 1 km away from the station, making transportation convenient for guests. For those arriving by ferry, it is situated 60 km (1 hour) away from the Roscoff ferries terminal and 120 km (2 hours) away from the St Malo ferries terminal.
The gite itself includes a cozy sitting-room, a well-equipped kitchenette with a fridge, hob, and microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower stall and two wash basins, and there are separate toilets. The comfortable bed measures 160x200, and there is a TV and wifi internet access for entertainment and convenience. Beddings can be provided upon request, and guests also have access to a washing machine and iron.
The gite is available for weekly rentals, and a deposit of 25 percent is required, payable by bank transfer.
