Our charming cottage is situated just 100 meters from the beautiful seafront of Penmarc'h (29,760), in the picturesque harbor of St. Pierre. Located in the heart of the country bigouden in South Finistère, our cottage offers a tranquil and idyllic getaway. With 8 km of sandy beaches and coves, Penmarc'h is a haven for beach lovers.The cottage itself is a delightful "sea" themed retreat, boasting 60 square meters of space. It has been completely renovated in 2008 using natural and ecological materials such as hemp, lime, and wood wool. The cottage is south facing, allowing for plenty of natural light.
On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living room with exposed beams and a stove for those cooler evenings. There is also a convenient laundry room with a washing machine.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers twin beds with the option of accommodating a third person. There is also a modern bathroom with a sink, shower, and toilet. Each room is equipped with heating for added comfort. We also provide a high chair, bath, and cot for families traveling with infants.
Outside, you can relax on the spacious 17 square meter terrace, which is south facing and sheltered. It is furnished with comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco dining.
Our cottage is available for weekly rentals. In July and August, the rental rate is 520 euros per week. During school holidays in June and September, the rate is 350 euros per week. For other periods, the rate is 300 euros per week. We also offer weekend rentals for certain periods, with a rate of 150 euros for mid-season and 100 euros for low season.
Please note that the prices mentioned above do not include charges for water and electricity, which are based on the billing rate in effect and meter readings.
Check-in time is from 3 pm on Saturdays, with check-out time at 10 am on Saturdays. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.
To secure your reservation, we require a signed lease agreement and a deposit of 30% of the rental sum. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
