Directions
The 'Les Bouffards' location can be found in the Sologne forest, which is situated between Orléans and Bourges. To reach this destination from the A71 highway Orléans / Clermont-Ferrand, take exit n°3 Lamotte-Beuvron. Upon exiting, turn right and head towards Lamotte. At the second round crossing on the main road N20, make a right turn in the direction of Bourges/Vierzon. After 500m, turn left towards Brinon sur Sauldre/Aubigny on the road D923. Continue on this road for 8km until you see a sign that says "Département du Cher". Keep going straight for another 2km. When you reach milestone n°2, which is located at the end of a long straight road and just before a left curve, you'll notice an earth lane on your left with a sign post that says "Les Bouffards 1.5km". Drive over the Sauldre canal, and before reaching a small pond with wild ducks and herons, turn left. Pass by a guard house and a large old restored farm on your right, and continue straight on towards a gate that faces the lane. Enter the premises by driving through the gate and proceed to the Castle on the right.
