Located on the south shore of the Gulf of Ajaccio, just 15 minutes from Ajaccio itself, our gite offers the perfect location to explore the beautiful surroundings. With a shuttle boat located on the beach, you can easily reach Ajaccio without the need for a car.Porticcio, where our gite is situated, enjoys an ideal position. It is just 15 minutes from Ajaccio, 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cargèse, and 2 hours and 30 minutes from the stunning creeks of Piana, which are classified as a World Heritage site by UNESCO. You can also visit Porto, Scandola, and Girolata in just 2 hours and 30 minutes, Bonifacio in 1 hour and 15 minutes, Sartène in 50 minutes, and the beautiful neck Vizzavona in 50 minutes.
Ajaccio itself is a popular destination, and our resort emphasizes the quality of the environment along the coast, which has been awarded the Blue Flag for its cleanliness. The area is surrounded by wild and preserved nature, allowing you to truly unwind and relax.
The beach is just 800 meters away, and in Ajaccio, which is 1.5 kilometers away, you can enjoy a range of water sports such as sailing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, boat trips, and even rent surfboards and catamarans. There is also a water park, equestrian center, shooting range, and municipal golf course in Porticcio. For those who prefer land-based activities, there are excursions, hiking, 4x4 tours, and cycling opportunities available. A bus stop is conveniently located at the foot of the residence, allowing you to easily explore the coast and nearby beaches.
Our residence, TERRA BELLA, is located on a hill and consists of small buildings adorned with narrow pedestrian streets and gardens. Within the residence, there are two swimming pools with terraces, although please note that they are unheated and unsupervised. The pools are open from mid-May to late September, but the exact dates may vary depending on the condominium. Tennis courts can also be found nearby, although they are not part of the service we offer. Please check with the residence for their availability.
