This charming gite is situated in the picturesque town of Cavron-ST-MARTIN in Pas de Calais. With 3 bedrooms and 80 m² of space, it is the perfect accommodation for a peaceful getaway. The gite is located in the center of the village and is attached to the owner's cottage. It has a private fenced garden and a cozy kitchen/living/dining area. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as two bedrooms with single beds. There is also a sofa bed, a cot, and a high chair available. The bathroom and toilet are separate. Please note that there is a tourist tax and a mandatory house cleaning charge of €30 if pets are brought along. The price includes charges for electricity, gas, and water. The gite is well-equipped with a private laundry, a dryer, a dishwasher, a TV, a telephone, a microwave, and a barbecue. Outside, there is a lovely garden with a fenced playground.
