The house can accommodate up to 5 groups, with rooms available for 2 and 3 persons respectively. As part of the Green Tourism Shelters of France Charmance service, breakfast is included and served at the family table.Lucien also offers discounted rates for popular tourist destinations such as Futuroscope, Valley of the Monkeys, The Planet of Crocodiles, Le Vieux Cormenier, and provides assistance in planning your holiday itinerary, including visits to Le Marais Poitevin, Mouton Village, and Les Tumulus of Bougon.

Directions
Take the A10 motorway exit number 30 towards Niort. Follow the signs for Niort on D611 road. Continue on this road until you reach Coulombiers. From there, always head towards Niort and Lusignan. After traveling for two kilometers from Coulombiers, take a right turn as indicated by the sign for The Rooms in a guest house. Proceed for another kilometer until you reach the village of The Glass Factory or The Verrie. Look for a large white house with a rustic-style first floor.
