The rooms and junior suites, recently renovated within a historic farmhouse, offer the cozy ambiance characteristic of Umbrian hillside homes. These accommodations are furnished with a blend of period furniture and contemporary frames by Stefania Fior, providing a unique aesthetic. Each room includes a bathroom and heating system. The original structure has been preserved, showcasing the beauty of old wooden beams and a grand-scale external door leading to a terrace. The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with trees, and the pool is nestled amidst woods, meadows, and olive groves. Additionally, a charming river can be found just over 400 meters away, immersed in the stunning hills, offering a picturesque sight.

On the ground floor, there is a breakfast room where guests can enjoy a buffet by the fireplace. Delight in homemade cakes and traditional recipes passed down from our grandmothers. Accompanying these treats are our own jams, made with fruit from our meticulously cultivated trees that are free from pesticides and enriched with natural fertilizer. Slather these delicious spreads on typical Umbrian white bread or rye bread, freshly baked in our ovens. In addition, indulge in a variety of fresh seasonal fruit, coffee, milk, and more.
