LARCHE DE NOE: This spacious and comfortable house is actually a combination of two separate houses, providing ample room for guests. Equipped with high-quality amenities, the house offers a truly enjoyable stay. Nestled in the village, it features a lovely enclosed garden, perfect for relaxation. Moreover, the beautiful seaside is just a short 5-minute drive away.As an independent property, the house boasts a well-designed layout. On the ground floor, there is an entrance, a fully-equipped kitchen, two dining rooms, a spacious sitting room (40 m²), and a cozy lounge with a fireplace. Moving to the first floor, there are three bedrooms with six single beds, accompanied by a shower room with toilets. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms (one double bed and three single beds), a shower room with toilets, and a suite with a private bathroom complete with a balneo bath.
