Conveniently situated just 25 km from Lyon, 20 km from Villefranche sur Saône, 10 km from Tarare, and 6 km from Bois d'Oingt, this property offers easy access, only 10 minutes away from the A89 exit in Villefranche sur Saône.The house features three spacious bedrooms, which can accommodate single or double occupancy. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable corner sofa that can be converted into an additional bed, and a large dining table. The bathroom includes a shower and a bathtub, while the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary utensils and crockery. Additionally, a washing machine is also available for guests' convenience.
Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the house, and guests will appreciate the thoughtful amenities provided, such as duvets, duvet covers, sheets, towels, and toiletries in the bathroom.
