Experience a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation in our charming nineteenth century Perigord House. Nestled in the heart of a historic 15-hectare farm, our property offers a serene environment with breathtaking views and a private pond for fishing. Surrounded by lush greenery, it is the perfect retreat for nature lovers.

Located just 1 km away from the village of Maurens, where you can find essential amenities such as groceries, bread, a bar-tabac, and a hairdresser, our character stone house is spacious and thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with brand new household electronic appliances, a large capacity fridge, and even a baby chair. The 30 m² living room features a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a DVD player for your entertainment.

The sleeping arrangements include a room with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and a crib for a baby, another bedroom with a bed (120 cm) suitable for one or two people, as well as an additional single bed (80 cm). There is also a third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), a single bed (90 cm), and a pull-out bed (80 cm) to accommodate up to four people. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, and there is a separate toilet for your convenience.

To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide bed linen, towels, and toilet linen, and all the beds will be made upon your arrival. You can relax and unwind on the covered terrace, enjoy meals on the garden furniture, or have a delightful barbecue. For some friendly competition, we offer a ping pong table.

If you're in the mood for exploration, there are plenty of opportunities for excursions on foot or by bike in the surrounding area.
