La Belladona is a spacious villa spread over two floors, with a total surface area of 627 m². On the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 15 guests. The main rooms include a 75 m² entrance hall and a large dining room that can seat up to 32 people. The fully-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a dining area for 12 people, and a cellar with traditional wine racks. There is also a cozy living room with hi-fi, a 40’’ flat screen TV, and various entertainment options. The ground floor has three bathrooms, one of which is accessible for handicapped individuals. Additionally, there are four bedrooms on this floor, each with comfortable beds and some with en suite bathrooms.

Adjacent to the main house, there is a spacious game room with a foosball table, pool table, and other games. The room also has additional refrigerators and a large freezer. Outside, there is a stone veranda dining area with a barbecue and ample seating for up to 32 people. A separate outdoor WC is located nearby.

On the upper floor, which can accommodate 17 guests, there are four bedrooms on both sides of the landing. Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, and some have en suite bathrooms. There is also a second living room with a 32” flat screen TV and a small library.
