The Roguedas Cottage is a newly built, comfortable 68 m2 house that offers the equivalent of 3 and 4-star rated gites. You will have the luxury of a private garden and parking space, as well as a spacious south-facing terrace complete with a barbecue and outdoor furniture for enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

The ground floor features a large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. With a large window letting in plenty of natural light, you can take advantage of the sunny southern exposure. Laundry facilities and a toilet are also conveniently located on the ground floor.

We have thoughtfully provided all the amenities to make you feel at home, including LCD TV, DVD player, stereo, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each comfortably accommodating two people (with one double bed and two single beds), along with a bathroom that includes a toilet. Additionally, there are two additional beds available in the sofa bed in the lounge area.

No additional charges apply for access to the outdoor hot tub, golf ball, and bicycles (two adult and two children's bikes). We also provide a stroller and baby cot for your convenience.

For an extra fee, we offer the option of providing sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning services.
