Kilbarry Villa is a luxurious apartment located in the historic "La Malouine" city of Dinard, just a short distance from Mont Saint Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dinan. Situated on the first floor of the villa, this beautifully renovated apartment offers a cozy atmosphere and a spacious area of 45m2.

The apartment features a comfortable living room with a 140-sized sofa, as well as a bedroom with a 160-sized bed. The kitchenette is equipped with modern amenities including a washing machine, dishwasher, American-style fridge, oven, and microwave. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. Both the living room and bedroom are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

With its large windows and east-south-west orientation, the apartment is filled with natural light. Guests also have access to the villa's garden. The beach and city center, which offers various shops, a cinema, casino, and swimming pool, are just 400 meters away.
