This room is divided into four sections:1. The kitchen is fully equipped and has been renovated to include a terrace. It offers a spacious work surface with a ceramic hob, a stainless steel sink, a mini oven, a microwave, a toaster, various utensils and dishes, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, and a table with chairs.
2. There is a separate bedroom with a comfortable large bed measuring 1m60. It also includes a wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors, two bedside tables, a console, internet and television connections, and the option for air conditioning at an additional cost.
3. The bathroom has been renovated and now features a shower, a sink unit, and an integrated toilet.
4. Lastly, there is a small terrace that overlooks the garden and is furnished with outdoor furniture. Additionally, there is parking available for a car.
