We have selected a picturesque, sun-drenched region in the southern part of France, where our esteemed visitors can indulge in the numerous delights that the stunning South of France has to offer. As of March 17th, 2014, we have gratefully settled into our new residence and are thrilled to accommodate our guests in two cozy cottages and two charming Bed & Breakfast rooms. Experience luxury and comfort at La Perle du Lot with our two exquisite cottages.Our first cottage, a 4-star gem, is perfect for couples. With a generous size of 40m², it offers a tranquil bedroom furnished with two electric adjustable beds (80x200cm) adorned with single duvets. The bedroom also boasts a well-appointed bathroom and a separate toilet. The cozy lounge area, complete with an open kitchen, is a delightful space to relax. Sliding doors on two sides of the lounge lead out to a private terrace, where you can bask in the sun or enjoy the shade all day long. As a bonus, this terrace provides direct access to the refreshing swimming pool. Plus, you can indulge in the sauna and spa, included in your luxury holiday home rental. Stay connected with TV and WiFi available in the cottage, ensuring you have everything you need for a truly pampering stay.
Allow us to introduce you to our second cottage, designed for up to five people. Begin your journey on the expansive covered terrace, which grants access to the inviting swimming pool. Step inside the holiday home and find yourself in a welcoming hallway, leading to a well-appointed bathroom. Ascend four steps to discover a charming room (50m²) equipped with a dining area, a comfortable lounge with ample seating, and a fully equipped kitchen. Eight windows on two sides of the room offer breathtaking views of the valley and Castelnau-Montratier. A mezzanine, elevated a meter above the main living area, provides a cozy corner with four armchairs, perfect for escaping into a captivating book. Additionally, you will find three bedrooms, all meticulously furnished. Two bedrooms feature box-spring beds measuring 1.40 x 2.00m, while the third bedroom offers a single bed measuring 0.90 x 2.00m. Each bed is adorned with single duvets for your ultimate comfort.
We have dedicated our time and effort to curate and decorate these charming cottages, ensuring that you feel right at home during your stay. Both cottages are equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, air-conditioning, and WiFi Internet access. Your terrace provides direct access to the refreshing swimming pool, allowing you to take a dip at your convenience. Follow the A20 until after Cahors, then take exit number 58. After 2km, turn left at the roundabout onto the N820 towards Montauban. Another 2km later, turn right onto the D19 towards Castelnau-Montratier. When you reach Castelnau-Montratier, at the small roundabout, take the third exit towards Place Gambetta. Continue straight until you leave the village, then stay on the right onto the D659 (towards Vazerac). Continue for approximately 2km, then take the left turn onto the D26. After 500m, turn right, cross the bridge, and on your left, you will see La Perle du Lot.
