We offer a ground floor apartment that is specifically designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility and special needs. Our apartment is equipped with a cesure locking system featuring an RFID lock for added security. Additionally, all apartments are equipped with air conditioning that includes anti-allergy filters. We provide free Wi-Fi and offer daily cleaning services. Our property features communal gardens and a communal terrace for guests to enjoy. We also have a breakfast room and offer a range of amenities for families with children, including a baby cot, pram, and car seat.For only 4,50€ per person, we offer a delicious breakfast that includes artisanal breads, filter coffee, espresso, a variety of teas (verbena, English breakfast, chamomile, linden), homemade preserves (fig, pumpkin, raspberry, strawberry), traditional quince jelly, homemade cakes and pastries, a selection of cured meats and cheeses, yogurt (natural and fruit-flavored), breakfast cereals, and fresh seasonal fruit. We believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and we are dedicated to providing a fulfilling and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

These apartments are situated in a historic building dating back approximately 140 years. In 2014, the building underwent a meticulous restoration process, carefully preserving its original charm and distinctive characteristics. The apartments feature stunning pine floor boards measuring around 5-7 meters in length and 20 centimeters in width, complemented by high ceilings adorned with beautifully crafted plastered details. The walls are tastefully finished with whitewashed granite stone and solid wood coverings, while the doors and skirting boards are made from high-quality solid wood. Additionally, the interior staircase has been restored using hardwood materials and adorned with white plastered ceilings, seamlessly blending the old-world charm with modern comfort.Reviews
