This apartment is located in a peaceful private residence on the fourth floor, accessible by elevator and intercom. Spanning 80 m2, the apartment boasts a south-facing balcony and consists of the following:- A spacious and bright living room equipped with a fully furnished kitchen. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, food processor, blender, household scale, cookware, and dishes. The living room also features a buffet dining area with a low, round table and four chairs, as well as a lounge area with two sofas, a coffee table, television with DVD player, and a library with a wide selection of books and games.
- A laundry area complete with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.
- A separate area containing three bedrooms, a toilet, and a bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a large wardrobe, bathtub, shower, heated towel rail, hair dryer, scales, and a laundry tub.
- The first bedroom includes a 140 cm bed, lingerie wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, bedside lamps, and can accommodate a cot if needed.
- The second bedroom accommodates two people and features a large wardrobe, dresser, chair, and lamp.
- The third bedroom has a 90 cm bed, a large wardrobe, a bibus with five drawers, a bedside lamp, and a chair.
- Lastly, there is a lovely south-facing balcony with a table and two chairs.
This apartment is available for rent on a weekly, biweekly, weekend, or monthly basis, depending on the season. The rates are as follows:
- Low season: 300 per week
- Mid season: 350 per week
- High season: 400 per week

When you reach the bottom of Montagne du Roule on Boulevard East, near the outskirts of Cherbourg, take a left turn right after the fire station. Look for Residence L'Oree du Bois, and the building you're looking for is the second one on your left in the parking lot farthest from the road.
