Welcome to The Garden House!On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living area complete with a fully equipped corner kitchen and dining area. There is also a cozy double bedroom and a large bathroom featuring an open shower unit.
Upstairs, there is a comfortable twin bedded room for additional guests.
For your convenience, there is a utility room located in the garage with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Located in the beautiful Suisse Normande region, this property offers a wide range of activities for everyone. Whether you enjoy walking, fishing, climbing, or canoeing, this area has it all. There are also miles of safe cycling tracks with varying levels of difficulty, so be sure to bring your mountain bikes. Peace and tranquility are abundant in this area, and the leisure and recreational facilities are top-notch. You will find a large folder full of brochures in the gite to provide you with all the information you need.
The surrounding attractions are too numerous to mention individually, but a few highlights include Caen, with its historic buildings and Normandy landing beaches, Bayeux, famous for its tapestry, and Falaise, the birthplace of Guillaume the Conqueror. Closer to home, the charming town of Clécy, known as the Capital of the Suisse Normande, offers a delightful town square, numerous riverside restaurants, and quaint bars and cafes, all just a short drive away.
We offer competitive prices for your stay, with rates ranging from 250 euros to 480 euros depending on the time of year. Changeover day is typically Saturday, but we can sometimes accommodate other days. Weekends and mid-week stays are also possible, and electricity is included in the price. Each room is equipped with electric convector heaters for your comfort.

The property is conveniently located just a 45-minute drive from the Ouistreham ferry terminal. It is approximately 1 hour away from The Havre ferry terminal and 2 hours away from Cherbourg. If you're coming from Dieppe, it will take you around 2 hours and 45 minutes by car, and from Paris, it's approximately a 3-hour drive.
