During your stay, you can enjoy a refreshing swim in our 17m long pool, complete with comfortable loungers and umbrellas. If relaxation is what you seek, our expansive contemporary garden provides the perfect setting. Additionally, we offer an outdoor hot tub for ultimate indulgence.

Despite its peaceful and serene surroundings, our location offers the convenience of being just a few minutes' walk from the city center, Abbey, 2 restaurants, a small supermarket, and bakery. You'll find everything you need within reach.

For your security and peace of mind, please note that the pool is closed on Sunday afternoons for maintenance and during the night. We also provide secure parking on our property for your convenience.

Description for Gite

The cottage is a spacious 140m2 duplex featuring three separate bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, while the double bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the twin bedroom provides two single beds. The ground floor comprises a generous shower room with a toilet and a guest toilet with a vanity. Additionally, there is a well-equipped open American kitchen with a large cooking range that includes two ovens. Other amenities include a washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and mixer. The kitchen also features a bar and a pantry with a large refrigerator. The dining room comfortably accommodates eight people, and the cozy lounge area includes a three-seater sofa, four armchairs, TV, and a home cinema setup. Outside, there is a semi-covered patio with teak garden furniture and a spacious gas barbecue. It is important to note that the cottage is connected to the main building and is located on the extreme right side.

On the first floor, there is a loft area accessed through the guest room, covering 70m2. This loft space comprises two bedrooms, with the first bedroom offering a queen-size bed and the second bedroom equipped with two twin beds. Additionally, there is a fitted kitchen, a large shower room with a toilet, a dining room, and a lounge area with a TV. Guests also have access to the swimming pool, garden, and private parking facilities.

A wonderful location in the heart of the hostoric France.
Refined but unpretentious place for a couple or family. We enjoyed the atmosphere: "great comfort in old stones " Swimming pool. Vegetables from the organic garden. Veru close to the wondrous Loire castles! What else ;-)

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions:
Take the Blois exit on the A10. Then, follow the signs for Vierzon on the D952. Cross the Loire River, and shortly after the bridge, turn right onto the D951 towards Montrichard. Stay on this road along the Loire until you reach Pontlevoy. Once you're in the village, just before reaching Auberge de l'Ecole, turn right onto Rue du Billeux, which later becomes Rue des Fourneaux.
