Description for Gite

The barn, a 250 m2 house, can accommodate up to 12 people. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a view of the pool, along with garden furniture and a barbecue. On the ground floor, there is a large room with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, American fridge, and induction hob. Additionally, there is a dining room and a living room measuring 60 m2, as well as a separate TV lounge. One bedroom with a shower room (1 bed 140 cm) and a WC (only on the ground floor until minor renovations are completed) can also be found on this level.

Moving upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a bed of 140 cm, along with a bathroom and WC. Another bedroom with a loft is available, featuring three beds measuring 90 cm each. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a shower room (1 bed 140 cm) and a mezzanine (1 bed 90 cm). A separate bathroom and toilet complete the upper level.

The green shutters, a 140 m2 house, is designed to accommodate 6 people. The unique concave facade adds character. Outside, there is garden furniture and a barbecue. Upon entering, you will find a spacious and comfortable staircase. To the left, there is a charming dining room with a fireplace, followed by a wine cellar housing a washing machine and a separate toilet. Continuing on, you will discover a beautiful fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, and hotplates. To the right, there is a living room furnished with a leather sofa, fireplace, and a color TV.

Moving up to the first floor, there are two bedrooms with a bed of 140 cm each, one of which has an attached shower room. There is also a third bedroom with two twin beds measuring 90 cm each. A bathroom and toilet complete the first floor.
