Slatters Cottage is a charming and luxurious Grade II listed holiday cottage situated in the peaceful countryside of Bourton-on-the-Hill, near Moreton-in-Marsh. With its origins dating back to the 17th century, this cottage exudes character and history.

Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway or a delightful base for exploring the picturesque Cotswolds, Slatters Cottage is the perfect choice. The ground floor features a cozy lounge with stone walls, beamed ceiling, and a large inglenook fireplace complete with a log burning stove and window seat. Recently renovated and tastefully furnished, the cottage offers a high standard of comfort and elegance. Additionally, the kitchen, dining area, and lounge are thoughtfully designed to provide all the amenities you need, including a dining table, comfortable leather sofa and armchair, a color television, DVD player, and CD/MP3 player with radio. An adjoining toilet and utility room are also conveniently located on this floor. Guests will find a wide selection of books, DVDs, CDs, and games to enjoy during their stay.

The cottage is well-equipped with modern conveniences such as a gas cooker, fridge with a freezer section, separate freezer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, and gas central heating.

Upstairs, you will find a beautifully appointed double bedroom with a 5 pocket sprung mattress and a television. There is also a charming single bedroom that can accommodate up to three people, along with a baby in a provided travel cot. Both bedrooms offer stunning views of the village and the surrounding landscape. The toilet/bathroom features a bath and a shower-over-bath arrangement.

For your convenience, a payphone is available, and mobile reception is possible depending on your network. Off-road parking is provided directly outside the cottage for one car, with additional parking available on the road opposite. A travel cot and high chair can be provided at no extra cost. All bedding, linen, and towels (excluding the travel cot) are provided free of charge. Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request for a small additional fee, but they are only allowed on the ground floor. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage.

Please note that the stairs to the first floor are a bit steep, making the cottage unsuitable for individuals with mobility limitations or toddlers.
