Description:

Description for B&B:

We have a beautiful house located in a peaceful countryside setting, offering privacy and a stunning view of the hills. Our property includes two charming cottages, the Blue Suite on the ground floor and either the Ochre House or the White Room on the first floor. Additionally, we have a unique "retro" style room available in a small 1980s Eriba caravan situated in our garden.

As the owners, we live on the first floor and have access through the south side of the house. We also offer table d'hôte, providing a delicious all-inclusive menu for 20 or 28 euros. Free WiFi is available, and we are open year-round.

Alessandro and Camilla, two individuals who have a passion for both Italian and French culture, invite you to unwind at the Glade. Our stone house, dating back to 1781, is nestled in the hills of southwestern Cantal Auvergne Volcanoes and Lot Valley, less than 2 km from the charming medieval town of Marcoles. If you are looking to explore the area, Marcoles is the perfect starting point, offering beautiful countryside walks and the opportunity to visit remarkable sites such as Conques (35 km) and Figeac (45 km). However, the Glade is also an ideal destination for those seeking relaxation, whether it be reading a book, getting a good night's sleep, or simply enjoying the peaceful silence while taking in the breathtaking panorama of the Cantal, Lot, and Corrèze hills.

Our accommodations include two cozy bed and breakfast options, the Blue Suite on the ground floor and either the Ochre House or the White Room on the first floor. Additionally, we offer an unusual and retro-style room in a small 1980s Eriba caravan. Each of our rooms opens up to a serene landscaped terrace, providing a peaceful atmosphere with no direct views from neighbors. The terrace overlooks a 5000 square meter park, while the Eriba caravan is nestled within our garden, surrounded by trees and flowers.

The Blue Suite on the ground floor can accommodate 2 to 5 people, as the living room can be transformed into a separate second bedroom. The Ochre House on the first floor can accommodate two people, while the White Room can accommodate 3/4 individuals. The White Room can also be added to one of the other rooms to increase the capacity from 1 to 3 people. We provide 2 cots free of charge, and cot linen is available for 10 euros per stay. During the low season, couples have the option to rent the Blue Suite without the salon for 58 euros. In the high season, this option is available under certain conditions or for stays of 3 nights, with a price of 62 euros.

For those seeking a unique experience, we offer the opportunity to stay in our Eriba caravan, which embodies a charming retro style. This delightful caravan can accommodate two adults in a fixed bed with slats (140x190), and it is equipped with a seating area featuring two benches and a table. It also has a small toilet area. For hot water and shower facilities, a bathroom in our house, accessible from the outside through a direct and independent entrance, is available for the Eriba occupants. More details and specific rates can be found on our website. Please note that we do not accept pets.
