The farmhouse itself is a historic gem, dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries. It features a 40-meter-long south-facing main building. Adjacent to it are "The Tit," "The Swallows" (a conference room), and "The Owl" (a recording studio). All renovations have been carried out using ecological materials and in line with the original spirit of the house. The exterior is adorned with warm ocher-colored lime and sand coatings, which beautifully complement the 2500m² garden with swings and a playground, as well as private parking.
Our cottages are located in the heart of romantic Brittany, in the charming town of Québriac. We are conveniently situated 30km from both Rennes and St Malo. At the end of the locality, you can access the scenic canal Ille et Rance, offering opportunities for long bike rides or leisurely walks.
