This ground floor room in a detached home in Six-Fours offers a lovely view of the garden. It has an independent entrance from the garden, ensuring privacy and tranquility. The villa is located in a residential area, just 700 meters from the city center and at the foot of Fort de Six-Fours and the college.Inside the property, there is private parking available. The room features a comfortable 140x190 bed, a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen, and Wi-Fi access. The private bathroom includes a shower and washbasin. A pine chest of drawers is provided for storing clothes, and both sheets and towels are provided.
Adjacent to the main room is another space with a sofa bed, which can accommodate two children or two adults. An extra bed is also available upon request.
The price per night ranges from 65 to 100 depending on the season and number of nights, and there is an additional charge of 10 per child regardless of the period.
Smoking is permitted outside in the garden.
Rooms are available from 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:30, unless special arrangements have been made. A security deposit of 100 is required, which will be returned upon departure. Prepayment by check is possible, but if paying upon arrival, cash is preferred.
