Welcome to Guérande, a city known for its art and history. Annex 43 is conveniently located only 800 meters away from the city center, making it the perfect base for exploring the medieval walk.Inside Annex 43, you will find a well-equipped kitchen with a hob, fridge freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the necessary dishes and utensils. The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table, and a television. There is also a dining area for you to enjoy your meals.
The bedroom is furnished with a cozy 160 bed, and the bathroom offers a spacious Italian shower, a basin, and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for your convenience.
Outside, you can relax on the terrace and in the garden, which comes with garden furniture and deckchairs. You also have access to a plancha for outdoor cooking. A parking space is provided for your vehicle, and wifi access is available.
Annex 43 is open year-round, making it suitable for weekend stays, overnight stays, or longer trips. Small pets are allowed upon request. Please note that during July and August, the minimum rental period is 7 nights, with check-ins and check-outs on Sundays. We also accept holiday vouchers.

gîte accueillant, propre et bien équipé
Séjour en août 2016. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, gîte pratique (linge, meubles, vaisselle) et décoration agréable ! Seul bémol : la chambre avec vélux reste chaude la nuit (moustiques). Solution : dormir dans canapé du RdCh :-)

C'est toujours un plaisir de revenir, surtout pour l'excellent accueil de Serge & Franck. propreté des lieux & calme sont 2 atouts pour se reposer et il y en a d'autres.
