This charming 3-star gite is situated just a short 15-minute drive from the historic city center of Besancon. It is the perfect accommodation option for small groups or families.Located on the first floor of a renovated old house, this cottage offers a tranquil countryside setting. You will find all necessary amenities within a kilometer, including shops, a post office, pharmacy, bakery, and hairdresser.
The gite comprises three beautifully decorated rooms, ensuring your utmost comfort. Additionally, you will have access to unlimited free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen complete with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, bread machine, and complete dinnerware and cookware. The spacious living room, spanning 35 square meters, features a comfortable sofa, chairs, a table and chairs for 6-7 people, a flat screen TV, and TNT channels. The bathroom includes a shower and a washing machine, while a separate toilet is also available.
The gite opened in April 2014 and has been completely renovated. It boasts a terrace with a table and high stools, providing the perfect spot to relax. Private and free parking is available on-site for 2-3 vehicles. Baby equipment such as a highchair and cot can be provided upon request, free of charge.
The gite is conveniently located near Micropolis, Minjoz Johns Hospital, Hospital of Franche Comté, and CFPPA. It is available for weekly rentals, weekend getaways, or other stays (with a minimum of 2 nights).
Gas, water, and electricity are included in the rental price. Additionally, there is an optional cleaning charge of 60 euros. Bed sheets can also be provided for an additional cost of 10 euros per bed. The gite offers 2 double beds, 3 single beds, and 2 cots (available upon request). Pets are allowed, free of charge, but must be requested in advance.
