This charming 4-star cottage is located in a peaceful countryside setting, just a 15-minute drive from the city center of Besancon. Situated on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated farmhouse, the apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a serene atmosphere.The cottage features a delightful enclosed garden and a private wooded terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. With a spacious interior of 100m2, the accommodation includes three bedrooms (two doubles and two singles), a separate bathroom and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen. The dining room is spacious and inviting, and there is also a lovely terrace with a garden area for relaxation.
For families with children, the cottage offers an enclosed garden with swings and a slide. In the summer, guests can make use of the Weber charcoal barbecue. Private parking is available on site, accommodating 2-3 vehicles.
Smoking is not allowed in the cottage, but pets are welcome free of charge. Guests can enjoy unlimited WiFi and a flat-screen TV. Bed linen is available as an optional extra for 10 euros per bed. Additionally, a highchair, changing mat, umbrella, and two beds are provided.
Conveniently located within 1 km of shops, pharmacies, and post offices, the cottage is an ideal choice for families or groups.
