Located in the picturesque Aubrac region, at an impressive altitude of 1200 meters, we have lovingly restored the historic Marchastel Castle. Our delightful property features a heated indoor swimming pool and a soothing sauna, ensuring a truly relaxing stay. We offer two comfortable guest houses for your convenience: the spacious "Granit" chamber, measuring 40m2, complete with a cozy lounge area, and the charming "Basalte" chamber, spanning 25m2 and boasting a luxurious whirlpool bathtub. Additionally, our guests have access to a large communal room with a fully-equipped kitchen and a cozy lounge area. Conveniently located just 2 km from the renowned Saint Jacques Way, our rates are progressively discounted with each consecutive night of your stay. Furthermore, we provide a selection of five holiday cottages, including four accommodating up to four people and one accommodating up to six people. Guests of all accommodations can enjoy our recreational facilities, such as the game room with ping-pong and table football, as well as the inviting heated swimming pool maintained at a comfortable temperature of 30°C, and the sauna. We have 4 adjoining holiday cottages that can accommodate 4 people each. Each cottage has a comfortable living area with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a shower room with toilet, a dishwasher, a TV, a terrace, and a garden with a barbecue. There is also a shared washing machine available. Alternatively, we have a separate holiday cottage that can accommodate 6 people. This individual house has a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and a mezzanine with a double bed. It also has a shower room, a toilet, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a TV, a wood-burning fireplace, a private garden, and a barbecue. All accommodations have central heating with wood pellets and allow pets. Outside, there is parking available and guests have access to shared amenities including bicycles, ping-pong, table football, a sauna, and a covered swimming pool heated to 30 °C. Directions
If you are traveling from the North on the A75, take the exit for Aumont-Aubrac Nord (exit number 35). From there, follow the signs for Nasbinals. After passing Malbouzon, turn left towards Marchastel. Once you reach the bridge, take a left, then another left. The first house on your left is your destination.
If you are traveling from the South on the A75, take the exit for Marvejols (exit number 38). Follow the signs for Nasbinals and continue for 17km. Then, turn right towards Marchastel. The first house on your left is where you need to go.
If you are coming from the East, cross the A75 and follow the previous instructions based on your current position.
If you are coming from the West, from Grind, follow the signs for Espalion, Aubrac, and Nasbinals. Once you reach the garage, turn right towards Marvejols. Cross the bridge and then turn left. The first house on your left is where you need to go.
