Experience a rejuvenating stay at Mill Plain Troo, a beautiful property situated along the Dormouse River. This 3-hectare property features romantic islands that provide a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the islands, known as "The Hare and the Turtle," offers accommodation for up to 4 people. The house is decorated with vintage furniture and adorned in blue and yellow tones, inspired by the Fable Fountain theme. The 48m2 house includes a comfortable living room, dining area with a kitchen, a bathroom, and two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.Guests can enjoy various nature activities on the property, including a heated swimming pool and a tennis court located along the Loir River. Fishing enthusiasts will also delight in the opportunity to fish in the Loir River, which is labeled as a fishing house. The property features two private islands, equipped with sluicing games, spillways, and a source, making it a beloved fishing spot. Fishing is exclusively reserved for guests of the holiday cottages, and fishing equipment can be found at the fishing shop located just 7km away.
Other amenities on the property include a petanque court, games for children, and small animals. For hikers, a pedestrian walkway borders the Mill Plain, providing an opportunity to explore the surrounding area on foot.
